Changamiré and Quintet headline this prominent annual music festival in Columbia, MD on Sunday afternoon, April 28 at the African Art Museum of Maryland. The festivities take over the entire venue at 2:00 PM and include an opening performance by jazz harpist, Victoria Payton, light fare, boutique vendors and the exhibition, Memories of Legendary Jazz Greats.

Two songs from Love by Changamiré appear in Rahima Rice’s short film, Making & Breaking, which was screened last weekend.
Produced by Rice’s company The 4208 Group, the film’s introspective love story is beautifully written and set in Northeast, Washington, D.C., a locale overlooked by filmmakers until now.
