In February 2019, filmmaker Rahima Rice premiered Making & Breaking, a uniquely clever short film about the beginning and end of a romantic relationship, with some fun in between. The film includes two songs by Changamiré. One year later, it won the People’s Choice Award at the OLA Film Festival, an effort by the Omicron Lambda Alpha – APA fraternity that supports emerging filmmakers.
During the Coronavirus quarantine, Omicron Lambda Alpha is showing online the films from their inaugural 2020 festival. Making & Breaking is scheduled for Monday, June 29 at 8:00 PM followed by a talk with Rahima Rice.
