On Sunday, November 10, the Rotary Club of Washington, DC will kick off a series of events at the World Press Photo Exhibition 2019. On view at Dupont Underground from November 8 thru December 8, World Press Photo takes visitors behind the headline photos we know so well and introduces compelling, unfamiliar ones.
For the third time since the exhibition has come to Washington, the Rotary Club of Washington, DC will host the following events throughout the exhibition. All events are free:
On Wednesday, October 9, 7:30-9:30 PM, Dupont Underground Jazz Ambassador, Changamiré, will present latin jazz group, Orquesta Melao, for a night of dancing and world class jazz. Click HERE for tickets.
Orquesta Melao has played the DC music scene for over 15 years. In 2016, the group debuted and continues to perform weekly on Thursday nights at the Eighteenth Street Lounge, garnering a large and loyal following of jazz and salsa music lovers.
